No command is applied directly; old and new values side by side.

Saying “yes” is not enough; you press Apply.
- Undo within 24 hours
Irreversible actions are marked red and need a separate confirmation.
- No voice recordings kept
Speech is turned into text in the browser; no audio reaches the server.

Frequently asked questions
How does set-up work?
Nothing to install; it opens in the browser. On first sign-in a set-up wizard asks for your KBS type, room types, rooms and prices.
Can I bring data from my old software?
Rooms, room types and the price list are entered during set-up. There is no automatic import of bookings and guests yet; we look at the migration path together in the demo call.
Police or Gendarmerie — does it matter?
Both are supported. For Police-registered properties fields are prepared in KBS form order and you transfer them; the second verification step (EGMSEC) is never bypassed. For Gendarmerie-registered properties automatic web-service submission is in pilot; it needs a fixed IP.
When is e-invoicing coming?
Target 2026 Q4. Each hotel opens an account with an e-invoice integrator under its own tax number; HotelDing prepares the invoice. The accommodation tax report is available today.
How private are voice commands?
The microphone is on only while you hold the button, with a recording indicator on screen. Speech is turned into text in the browser; no audio reaches the server or is kept. ID numbers are never sent to any AI model. Voice commands are in pilot in 2027 Q1.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in the browser. The housekeeping screen is designed for phones; no app to download.
Is there a trial?
Yes. We set the length in the demo call to suit your property; no commitment, and we ask for your explicit consent before any paid period.
Where is guest data stored?
In the European Union (Germany). Each hotel’s data is separated at row level. Details are in the privacy policy.
